is it possible to get New WP when i have already finished 4 years on Previous WP

Hi All,
I am about to finish 4 years on WP and my current employer wanted to apply for new WP. I know there is a limit of 4 years being on work permit and still wondering if there is any way to get new Work permit. below is the duration of my previous work permits. by the way I am Aug,2014 CEC applicant.

Employer A:
Closed Work permit: May,2012 to May,2015

Employer B:
BOWP : April, 2015 to April, 2016

It's not a problem, if you are going to apply for BOWP based on your AOR. But not sure about closed WP. You may have to consult a lawyer.

There is no '4 year' limitation if you apply for BOWP or WP which is based on LMIA for a job in NOC A or 0 (NOC B is not included).

The 4 year limit does not apply to BOWP - you can get as many as you need.

All u need is the AOR and a valid current work permit. If u dont have both of these u cant apply.
