Is it possible to delay landing/ extend landing for pregnancy?

I am a Canadian citizen sponsoring my wife. We received her COPR about a week ago and she has until basically the end of the year to land in Canada. We both currently live in South Korea. The issue is she's 3 months pregnant now. Due to pregnancy and the covid 19 restrictions it's a terrible time for her to fly. Does anyone know if it's possible to have an extension granted on her landing date?
