Dear members,

I applied for PR in 2007 according to simplified appliction process in FSW category. In the application form have written down my NOC as civil engineer (NOC 2113) and my job experinece closely follows one of the form of that NOC ( water resources engineer) which is under civil engineering category. Now the problem is that, my bachelor degree is in Agricultural Engineering (NOC 2148),masters in Irrigation and water management and Ph.D in natural resources engineering. That time I applied according to my nature of job and job experience. At this moment, I am afraid whether I have rightly chose my NOC in simplified application and I just wonder whether I should and have the chance to change my NOC in final document submission.

I need your valuable valuable advice in this matter.

You can change the NOC until you submit the final documents. Please make sure you enclose a covering letter and explain the reason of changing the NOC code. Well, you can mention that you provided the wrong NOC code when submitting the simplified application but later you realised the job duties of another NOC code do match perfectly. That is why your NOC code is....Also submit the letter on the company letterhead explaining the detailed job duties.

Good luck.
