Is it possible to change NOC after 1st AOR from CIO

Hi !
A friend of mine recently got 1st AOR from CIO,Sydney,NS,CA.His title is Regional Accountant and most of JDs fall under NOC-1111-Accountant and some also match with NOC-0111-Finance Manager but by mistake he wrote NOC-0111-Finance Manager as his occupation. Can he now correct this mistake while sending full application to CHC.

CIC assessed his application on the basis of 0111 and if he change is NOC now then they will re-assess his application.
