Is It Possible to Apply for PRTD within Canada

Hi,

I am new landed immigrant and still haven't got my PR Card. It will take another month to get that. But, I need to leave Canada on an Emergency Basis right now and then have to re-enter Canada after 7 days.

I wanted to know, is it possible to apply and get the PRTD within Canada. If possible, what is the processing time.

No. You can only apply from a diplomatic post outside of Canada. It will usually take a week or so.
