Is it possbile to submit LOE after AOR

I have submitted my application on 08th June 2019. I wish to add a letter of explanation regarding source of funds, since I had enough closing balance but average was very poor. I had liquidated shares just a week before application. Can i now submit an LOE explaining the detail of funds/shares ?

You can submit a CSE and attach a letter of explanation at any time post AOR.

Thank you for your prompt reply @Quorn. May I ask you one more thing? Since my average balance is very low but closing balance is more than adequate, would you suggest that I raise a CSE and submit my demat and share statement and explain my case right away or should I wait for their additional document request on this matter?

Explain right away, you do not want to receive a procedural fairness letter.

@DelPiero07 Brilliant. Thanks, will do that. One final question. I have purchased an office property / premises and there is a small amount of bank loan (from another bank). Should I add details of the home loan in the LOE ? Thanks in advance.
