Hello everyone,

I would like to have some clarification.

When you apply for PR LMIA (ESDC-EMP5593) for your foreign worker, the form says to "submit a copy of the employment contract (signed by both employer and the foreign worker)".
I've talked to an immigration consultant and he said a job offer letter that was signed by both employer and the foreign worker is also acceptable too.
Is that true?
Please help me if there's an expert on PR LMIA.
Thank you very much!

What is a PR LMIA? Do you mean applying for Express Entry with an approved LMIA? Your job offer must state that you will have a full-time job at least one-year after receiving PR.

Does the employer already have an LMIA? That would be the first step.
