I got my report in last September and then I moved out of USA in November. If I applied for EE right now, do I still need to have a new report? I dont think so since I stayed in USA less than 6 months. What do you guys think? Thanks~

I would apply for a new one now, before doing your EE profile, just to be sure. The rule basically says that if you got it after you left a country, it's good indefinitely, but otherwise it's good for 6 months. Since you lived in the US for two more months after getting the report, it's unclear to me which rule it falls under. But you can't go wrong by getting a new one and you could potentially go wrong by using the old one - so get a new one.
