Is it normal to not see passport 'received' status on VFS tracking in Dhaka?

I was chatting with the Dhaka VFS customer service representative and asked about the status of my passport. He said it has reached SG office and is currently under process. My concern is that I checked the VFS tracking and it still says that my passport has been 'forwarded' to SG office and doesn't say it has been 'received' like few other people from this forum. I know I am overthinking and panicking but after a wait of 14 weeks I can't get my head straight and is constantly worrying over simple things. Should I be worried that I still haven't seen the 'received' status on the tracking?
