Is it Normal? Medical Examination Q

Hi guys,
Is it normal to go for the medical examination, get all the required tests then just walk away without any document stating you (actually) got your medical examination done? I walked away with the receipt (when I paid) ...but that was it. I did ask if I can have a confirmation letter or something stating I got the tests done but was told that they'll be sending everything to IRCC.
I thought I would be getting a letter to send to IRCC via webform as a confirmation, might be wrong
Side note; I am doing the ME outside Canada

Don't worry, they will upload everything from their end. Once Health Canada reviews it, you would see it on your portal that it is updated.
