Please suggest me.
I am able to provide job reference letter from my recent employer in the prescribed format of CIC. Besides, i would claim point only for this job experience. But for the rest of of my previous jobs, they won't provide me job reference letter as they don't have a policy to provide it. They would reply to CIC if they get a query from them. I am planning to provide all available documents from those job such as pay slip, reliving letter etc. Besides, i would submit an application for non-inclusion of those documents describing all the facts.

please advise whether it should it be ok?
 
its fine, where you are claiming points you need to provide job reference letter.

Otherwise just experience certificate will do or other supporting documents like appointment letter, payslips will do
