Is it just a scoring system ?

Now that physicians can't get a job offer ,and the cap for 2014 was just occupied by 19 out of 1000, how will they be chosen via this strange EE process while they can't score more than 400 points ??

in my opinion,

Canada is clearing out CEC, PNP & job offers people (as soon as this cap is reached, they will issue ITA's for people who scored 280 and above)

i am guessing for the segment of 350 - 400, we will have our ITA's in June

This is probably deliberate, as there are very significant numbers of physicians and dentists driving cabs in Canada under the old FSW entry system.

You are right,they are driving cabs and working as security guards cos they couldn't find a job even after finishing the MCCE exams !!! despite the fact of the absolute shortage in doctors
