My mom is planning to come to Canada next week. Yesterday someone told me that Toronto Pearson is NOT allowing international visitors to come in, only the Canadian citizens or PR are allowed. Is it correct or just a rumor? Do you know anyone (foreign national) who were allowed to come in at the Pearson last 1 or 2 days?
