Is IT jobs available for freshers in Canada?

Hey guys,I want know about jobs in IT/Computer Science for freshers without any job experience after graduation in Canada. My doubts are
1.Can I get full time job in Canada without experience?
2.Experience from countries like India will be considered by Canadian IT companies or not? If so what is the minimum requirement?
3.Is it good or mandatory to have at least one year experience in the relevant field?

Better to have some experience and Canada qualifications. Do M.Eng. from Canada.

Assuming you are a foreign worker and don't have PR.

1) Extremely unlikely - pretty much impossible.
2) It may or may not be considered. There is no official minimum requirement.
3) One year experience is most likely insufficient to get you a job as a foreign worker in Canada.

What about entry level/junior jobs(in the relevant field) after graduation from Canadian universities.
