Is it good to submit an application right after reaching 1095 days

Don't feed the troll.

To the original poster, to show employment records, I think you need your NOAs, and any other documents showing that you're a real estate developer, etc. Photocopies of your license, etc, would help.

Do you have a company name? Or a lawyer? Chartered Accountant? Maybe get your lawyer, partner or someone in your company to write a letter on your behalf.
It takes a troll to know one!

Guys, Stop here advising me. I was responding a post of u4g5 on his question (out of curious, if u r self-employed, how do u fill out 6.F?).

I just shared with u4g5 how I will fill the section 6.F as a self employed (as I discussed my case with CIC agent). Check my earlier posts in this thread..
Wrong...you asked for my advice didnt u? A real estate developer should be receiving advice from a credible lawyer ..not from a forum with pple who arent lawyers or are seeking answers themselves. Its like the blind guiding the blind in a way!

I've been a full time employee with a company for over 3 years (i.e. I'm not self employed). Do I need to submit NOA's? Or would T4's and an employment letter from my company suffice? ???

You don't need to submit anything extra. However, if you have a lot of absences, it may help. I didn't add anything extra. But for my interview, I came with several years of NOA, T4 and a letter from my employer and showed it to the interviewer. I think it helped when she as asking about my absences.

As the new form of 02-2014 under Work/Education, it is mentioned if you worked in last 4 years must submit work documents. But the questions is what kind of work documents? that does not defined yet under CIC guidance. So, as you are employed and have T4, Employment letter you should submit this and NOA is another document which CIC will put lot of importance.

The reason is, if you see new proposed law where CIC is making mandatory submission of NOA with application. I believe CIC will mean eventually NOA as credible work document if I am not wrong... So, it's up to you.

Exactly, the question is which documents to submit!
Thanks Rayman and Keesio. I think I'll probably submit copies of my NOA's + T4's + Employment Letter, just to be on the safe side..
I hope it works! ::)

Sending additional documents with the initial application is always GOOD. Look at it from the point of view of a CIC person, he is going through your application and he has some doubts if he has the additional documents like NOA, ROE, Employment letter, T4 then he can clear his doubts on the spot instead of sending you the RQ to clear his doubts about residency.

So don't think twice and send whatever you think can help prove your residency and save yourself from RQ and help CIC complete the process asap.

If the Residency Calculator says that you have completed the required days and you are sure that you are not making any mistakes then submitting application right after 1095-1100 days is ok.

Main issue is the no. of days of absence from Canada before you are applying.

what do u mean by " a lot of absense" ? i have 5 months of total absence for a 4 year period thats why i must wait to submit in may. i dun think thats a big deal as long as u fulfil 1095 physical presence.
