Hi everyone, i'm a newbie in this forum. Pls i need ur help and opinion, my question is "is it compulsory to receive an approval mail if my tracking status stated that my processed passport has been dispatched from the canada visa office. I and my husband both applied, mine is an open work permit while his is study permit, he was requested to do medicals but i was told there is no need for me to do medicals. We did a paper submission and biometrics the same day, its more than two months now and we just saw d staus that our processed passport has been dispatched but a friend told us that we didnt receive the approval mail, that means its a denial. Is this true pls.. tnx
