Is it better to go to study or deputation?

Hello Everyone,

I have 7 years experiance as a Oracle DBA. I am interested in obtaining permanent residency and living in canada.
There is a possibility that my company may send me on deputation to canada for 1 year after which i will have to come back to India.
But I want to know whether going on deputation , can i change my job in Canada in a local company. Is that allowed legally?
Another option is going to Canada to study Masters and getting a job there after that? Kindly suggest which of these two is a bettter optiion?

You need to find a employer to offer a job and LMO. Then u can change the job. Better option is to do masters and try for jobs.
