Is it better and safe to select NOC - lower level skill.?

1)More of my job responsibilities and designation matches with 0601-70%
2)and only 30% of my roles matches with 6221
3) 0601 -skill type -O
4)6221-skill type B

Some people are saying that it is safe to select lower level skill i.e B(6221)

Please suggest
does this skill level type matters ?

An ideal way to search for suitable Noc would be to match them with job responsibilities,
and also all the O level nocs
have managerial designatios, so If your designation says you were/are a manager then you must go for 0601.

Would be able to advice better if you can describe the type of organisation that you work in and things that you deal with, or the job responsibilites.

My job responsibilities matched with 6221 ,but i have 15 year of experience, hence it can be matched with 06011 or 0124 .my current desig is Regional Sales manager in a engg. company . so pls suggest the suitable NOC code with maximum chance of getting PNP nomination.
