Yes - your spouse is can apply. Note that you must have a NOC A, B or 0 job in order for your spouse to qualify.

I am working as (retail store )assistant manager job falls under B category with $14 per hour only . Do they accept such a lower salary???
I have bank balance around $15000 .

Which province? $14 is minimum wage in some places.

it’s Ontario.
is it okay????

No - it's not. That's minimum wage in Ontario. If you are really doing an assistant manager role, they shouldn't be paying you minimum wage.

It's possible you may still be approved through CEC. However also definitely a big risk that IRCC will say you are not doing the job of a manager based on your pay.

It’s small store called QUICKIES convenience store in Ottawa, still, is it not okay to apply to SOWP with $14 per hour as store assistant manager job???
