I was so disappointed when I realized that Canada did not allow to work as well as to lend money for international student. However, my friend tells me that if she gets high score on SATs (about abrove 2200/2800); she will be qualified for need-based program (a kind of scholarship but it is actually loan for international student).
Thus, I wonder as I am studying here in Canada and taking Advance Placement program, I think I may got a chance to get a good score on SATs.
But I don't know, I hear that SATs has been notorious for its difficulty, fierce competition (also based on activities and experience), and grammatical detail (which I always consider as the hardest part for an international student). Anyway, I believe practice makes perfect.
Also, I need your advice and experience in this situation; or even your thoughts.
Thank you for your attention.
