yes, atleast that's what most of the lawyers/consultants advised and I had also submitted as per this advice.

if you are okay doing it. then go for it.

Logically it should speed up the process, but providing it definitely not going to slow down so doesn't hurt.

Besides I think it's only around 50$ so not a lot.
