Hi,

The point here is not proving anyone right or wrong. The point here is that we still don't have any reference that points out that Study permit is for full time students only.

It might be strange that on CIC website, there is no condition that you must be a full time for the issuance of study permit. There is one when we refer PGWP or an off-campus permit conditions on CIC website. Yes, no part time option for an international student except in the last semester.
