Is Income Necessary for Spousal Sponsor???

Me and my bf have been talking about getting married so I can sponsor him to come to canada.

His greatest concern is that I don't have the financial requirements. Am a college student on OSAP with a part time job, and with does 2 put together I don't get anywhere near ever $16,000.

What can I do??? Please help???

There is no financial requirement for spousal sponsorship, so you won't have a problem. You just need to show you have a plan in place to support yourselves without going on welfare. You could also provide a letter from your family saying they will assist you financially if needed.
