Is immigrating to Canada easier with sponsorship or a student VISA?

My girlfriend lives in Canada so I am hoping to move here permenantly but I am having trouble selecting the right immigration scheme. I also am looking to change careers and to do the training in Canada. I can go into more detail if required. Greatly appreciate any advice in advance.

Marriage and spousal sponsorship is much, much easier. Assuming that's what you mean, provided your girlfriend has some form of permanent status in Canada.

If you're going to do the student visa route, you better have a lot of money.
