Is ILETS required for Spouse PR?

Hi,

My husband has a PR of Canada through FSW and will be sponsoring me for PR. kindly suggest if I will require to take ILETS test for spouse PR? as per the online spouse sponsor form(CIC) I don't see english test and educational/employment documents been asked. please advice!

It depends on the CRS score your husband has. If his score is high and there is a chance of ITA without your lang test and ECA then it is good to go. Otherwise, you may have take one or both.
Could you share your husband's score?

I Would strongly advice you to take IELTS exam and get Minimum of 4.5 in each band. This will help you getting PR very easily.
