Is IELTS General Reading score 7.5 CLB 9 or CLB 10?

Dear All,

I just got my IELTS score today, and reading is 7.5. I am not sure whether it can be converted to CLB 9 or CLB 10. I searched the information online and could not find any definite answer. Any ideas? Thank you.

Reading 7.5 = CLB 9
Reading 8.0-9.0 = CLB 10
