Is IELTS - best of Two

Hello

I have taken IELTS on 08/Oct/15 and my overall band score is 7.5 (L-8,R-7.5,S-7,W-6.5)
I have another booked slot for 05/Dec/15
My question is , Is IELTS - best of two? Suppose, I score less in 05/Dec/15 test, Will my first test score considered?
My work has become very hectic and Iam unable to spend time studying?

You can calculate the score using the "CIC CRS calculator" tool. Google that.

My guess is the score will go up by 40 to 60 points.

About 60 points if he scores CLB 9. You can increase CRR score by yourself writing IELTS and can contribute about 20 points max. And you can get your ECA done which can add a maximum of 10 points.

Hi, It will not be accepted as your score in writing is 6.5 band. To qualify you require 7 bands. You may try celban. Writing section in celban is very easy.

you may submit any score sheet but better to do well second time

WRONG. What you are talking is the CLB equivalent and what the other person has posted is his actual IELTS score. Please don't confuse yourself.
