Is French a must while applying with Express Entry Visa for Quebec province?

Hello everyone! I graduated as an Industrial Engineering in 2015.
I have been in Toronto for 8 month in 2016. After that I have been working for the last 5 years as an Analyst.
Now I want to go back Canada, especially to Quebec.
I haven't seen any official statement but I do wonder if French knowledge is necessary while applying express entry visa for Quebec province?

You can't apply to EE if you want to live in Quebec. Quebec has its own immigration program and yes, you need French. Google Quebec Immigration.
