It is optional but a plus point if you are showing sponsorship from the family otherwise the National ID cards are ok.

The visa fee is submitted in designated branches of Standard Chartered Bank . If you are from Lahore then go to the Garden town branch. Ask them about the deposit slip for Canadian visa fee . Fee will be Rs 8700 + 464 Bank charges i think.They will return you deposit slips you attach one slip with your visa application .......
