I had been working during my graduation and post graduation. Would experience during my graduation and post graduation would be counted or not?

2010-2012 - First Job - NOC 2281
2012-2014 - Second Job - NOC 2281
2014-2015 - Third Job - NOC 2281
2015-2017 - Fourth Job - NOC 2281
2017-till now - Fifth Job - NOC 2171
There is overlap between my education and exp since 2010-2013. Would exp from 2010-2013 would be counted? If not then why?
In addition to it, I am planning to file my case in 2281 category as I have more exp in 2281 than 2171.
