Hi all

I have received ITA and in the process of submitting my PR application. From what I have understood we have to upload degree and ECA report. But I am confused if transcript also is necessary .Will my application be rejected if transcript not uploaded.

Thank you in advance

Degree + Transcript + ECA + IELTS

Never heard or read we need to upload the transcript. Just the diploma corresponding ECA and IELTS.

Not sure if someone was rejected for it but better to have it than don't.

IELTS + ECA + Copies of original Bachelor degree, Master degree. No transcripts copies!

Yes that's how I did it

I don't think transcripts are needed as ECA itself has record of the transcripts.
All you need is ECA details and your copies of the original certificates and mark sheets + IELTS

hi
Thank you all for the reply. Will try to get my transcript to be on the safer side..

All the best to all with your application

Folks,

This is confusing now. Please clarify.

I have -

1. Colored scan of Degree certificate (for PA and Spouse)
2. Colored scan of Marks Sheet (also known as detailed marks sheet) of all degrees (for PA and spouse)
3. Colored scan of IELTS page (score page without cover letter) (for PA and spouse)
4. Colored scan of WES (assessment pages without cover letter) (for PA and spouse)

I also have the colored scan of the transcripts sent to WES for the ECA. These transcripts are issued by the universities/boards/professional institution in 2016 for ECA. Should I also attach those in one file? Is it overkill?

The degrees were issued more than 15 years back.

Thank you in advance!

Transcripts from uni are not necessary. Even marks sheets are ideally not necessary but many send anyway.

your safe bet is to send - ECA + Marks Cards + Degree + IELTS

When I wrote transcripts right at the start of the thread, what I meant was marks sheets.

Thank you! +1 to you!

Where exactly does CIC mention the need to upload IELTS results?
I was under the impression that if we supply the IELTS reference #, CIC will be able to verify our scores.

If your ECA have a record of transcript, your ECA might be wrong ECA format. I don't know about other institution format. But for WES, they have 2 kind of ECA reports. One is for school to compare your score to Canadian standard score, which have transcript in it. The other one is for immigration which don't have any transcript record. If you use the wrong ECA, you application might be rejected.
