Is date on NOC letter to prove the working experience is important?

Hi!
Does anyone know if the date on the NOC letter to prove the working experience is important?

For instance, if my former manager signed the letter with today's date and I get an ITA a year from now, is it sufficient? Or the latter needs to be signed after the ITA?
