Is CSQ enough for RMAQ?

Hi!

I’m about to receive my CSQ and my wife and I both have an OWP valid through 2023.

Is having CSQ enough to be elegible for RMAQ? Or do we to have to wait to have the PR approved before applying?

I’ve found contradictory information in different sites and I would like to know about someone else’s experience.

you just need an OWP valid for more than six month to apply for RMAQ
