Is CRS of 462 enough to get PR under express entry scheme in 2020 ?

Hi... I have crs of 462 and will I get invitation to apply for PR under express entry scheme? Are there any chances that crs cut off will go down as cases related to CEC and PNP are being processed only at this moment ? No new members are getting added to pool also, so please tell me the chances of getting PR with score of 462 in 2020 ?

Follow the ‘Ray of Hope’ threads for better insights. If u r CEC with all your docs ready, you have the best chance now... Once everything opens up, the scores may likely go back to 470+ if IRCC opens the gate for FSW... But everything is anybody’s guess now! Good Luck !
