Is CPP-Disability and ODSP-Disability taxable?

Cheers. Any info will be appreciated. I am receiving both. I have received my Statement of Tax fpr 2019 and its just $8,000. I am receiving about $ 1400 a month (ODSP and CPP). I was wondering if they deduct taxes to the said benefits.

You will have received T4As, or something like a T4, regarding the disability payments. I can't remember if they're taxable or not, but that would easy explain it.
