Is courier service effect on visa processing time

any one know about this that IS courier service depend on processing time i heared from some others that people who submitted their case via fedex received reply fast it is true and one thing more the people who submitted their file via TCS in which sourse they receive leter(approval or ferusal) because TCS dont collect their pp.........??????

well i dont think so it totally depends upon ur visa file how strong it is..i read a post today a guy received medical call just just in 16 days ...

i am gonna apply for student visa but my consultant told me to submitt proprty evaluation document along with my bank statement, can any buddy tell me that is this compulsory to submitt or is this canadian embassy requirement,,,,
