Hi I landed as a new immigrant back in 2024 and I have been outside canada for about 2 years. I'm planning to meet the RO in the next 3 years. Now I need to travel back to Canada and my PR card is in Canada. It can't be sent.
Since I don't have 2 documents to prove my residency, is my copy of Copr enough for a PRTD?

Thanks.

You don’t actually need the COPR. All you need to do is point out that you are still compliant with your RO. Why don’t you have someone courier your PR card?

That would be great. But I read somewhere that it can be destroyed by immigration if it is sent via courier. Is this possible/ok?

That would depend on where you are sending it to. Haven’t really heard of any cases where this actually happened.
