Even when it was up, was very sluggish and slow, wasn't able to load all details of my PR application properly. Just hope it doesn't drop information already filled in.

Happened when I was doing my application & uploading in December. I had to wait til the following day before it was up & running properly.

Apparently it's down and I it's affecting my job bank too in that I can't link my EE profile to activate. Is it overwhelmed with applications or there's just some general error?

Its been sluggish since yesterday though.
