Is CEC draw is Separate from Express Entry draw?

Hi ,

my CRS score is 438 but I have 12 months of Canadian experience & i falls under CEC (Canadian Experience Class ) Class.
As my Score low, So my only hope is CEC specific draw.
In past few months i have seen some draw specific to CEC class only but i am not sure CEC draw happens regularly in every month.
Could you please let me know if CEC draw happens regularly in every month?

It´s been happening during the pandemic, but before that it wasn´t.
