Is canada rejecting student visa's applied in the month of August 2019??

Hello, Few friends of mine have applied for a student visa (september 3rd 2019 intake), one of them who applied in july 2019 got his visa and others who have applied in the July end and August 1st have been told by the consultant that it is probably difficult now because Canada rejects the students visa's applied after july. They have been suggested to directly apply for January intake.

Is this true or just some scheme of the consultant. If canada does rejects the applications then why, because they are late applications or are there any other reasons for it? and how much time on an average does it take for the visa to come. These guys are really worried now.

Totally false. They may not get their permits in time if they apply this late but the permits will be evaluated the same way.

As Canuck says totally false and the word of a consultant should not necessarily be believed as they have no inside information given every application is unique, some take no time at all to process and some for whatever reason a bit longer there is never any pattern or reason.
