mother father gpf (eight)+(10)=18lac
funds in saving account=2lac

i also have ca report of 56lac....
Is ca report necessary or not? If i do not submit ca report will other funds work for me.

CA Report means Charted Accountant's Report Charted Accountant is a person on a designation who evaluate all the assets of money like monthly income, property valuation(means this property is of how much money), and other assets of income and make a report that this person have over all income and assets of money..... this report is called CA Report... well bro m not so much expert in those all things m too asking questions from habil but m Indian and i also applied and i have attached a CA Report with my case. i think this is a way to collect all assets in one document and other part of this Report is that CA is a person on a responsible designation on which Emabassy can believe that this person(applicant) have all the assets of money mentioned in CA Report because CA evaluates your all documents and on the behalf of those documents he/she made a CA Report.

If you mean CA valuation of properties, then yes this makes application stronger (country tie + fund).

i have got 9lakh education loan from
allahabad bank in just 2 days and on loan
letter where collateral security point is ...they
have written property value 18 lac....and just
bcoz of 2 days they made the valuation copy
from themselves just value of plot
180x10000=18lac

here comes tricky part, today the ca
[chartered accountant]report came in which
the total valuation of property is 33lac and
they also given me valuation report for
embassy
i also gave them them previous valuation
from allahabad bank which was of 18
lac...........they said it doesnt matter bcoz bank
just did on its own behalf and we did by just
examining all things
..
What should i do?? will it create a
problem for me?

i think as ur saying bank made a valuation for just one plot so it is just 18lacs, and ca collect all other assets of income in report so that's why it is 32lacs.. I think there will b no problem in it. But u should ask ur agent too....
