is backlogs affect my profile for visa approval

Hi Guys

I am planning for one year course in canada and have 18 backlogs in my btech.

Profile as follows
10th - 75%
12th - 84.7%
Btech - 58.1% (2012 passout)
IELTS - 6.5 ( crossed 6 in all the sections)
