Is backlogs a problem?

Hello all!
I did my btech in mechanical engineering and got cgpa of 6.5
10th -88
12th-65
But i have a backlog of 25 during my btech...i completed within four years...got offer letter from a college in Canada..for diploma!
So are there chances for visa rejection?!

only diploma after bachelors? -----> not advisable
backlogs -----> ok. but not a strong point.( get atleast 7.5 in ielts to balance it out i would suggest )
