Is Atlantic Immigration Program considered Provincial Nominee Program?

I received AIP endorsement and work permit support letter for Nova Scotia. I am trying to apply for a work permit. When filling the questionnaire, it asks what type of work permit I want to apply for. I am not sure if I should choose "a work permit for provincial certificate holder" or "a work permit under an active public policy or special measure announced by IRCC". There is no option for AIP and the remaining options don't look relevant. Thanks
