Is anyone applying for common in law with LMIA status?

Hi guys

I have my LMIA visa which will expire on May and my score for EE is too low to apply. so I decided to apply common law visa with my boyfriend. I am applying for open work permit as well.

PHOTO COPY of your current immigration document - means my lmia work permit?


Also I got refused from my EE processing few months ago cause of not enough proof of my previous employment in my country. Should I mention about it in letter?

What is a common law visa? Do you mean spousal sponsorship? Is your boyfriend a citizen or PR? Yes you mention all refusals.
