My friend has 5years US visa and her 14years too has the same visa ...she wants to claim asylum via border since her brother is already living and a resident there in mississauga.
The problem is her husbands pasport ..he is british citizen by naturalization.
Will his pasport be a big problem for her entry in canada as sylum seekar she is seperated(not divorce ) and not living with him any more
Her husband never wanted her to be a british citizen niether he ever tried for his sons immigration to UK.
Now he also doesnt want to leave his home town but wife is on threat(this is the main case)
And doesnt want to keep her and her sons life on threat.
Please advice ..need immediate response ad they have to travel aoon for US.
