Yes - you can certainly apply.

The requirements are the same for you as for anyone else. You must show you have enough funds to cover your tuition and living expenses. You will need to make sure your proposed studies in Canada make sense based on your previous education and work experience. You will also want to show strong ties to your home country.

Anyone can apply. There are no set requirements or golden formula, you just have to make a compelling application. For older applicants, I suggest applying for an advanced degree (Master's, PhD, MBA)

Age is Not an official criteria for Student Visa.

There is no age limit to study. I am 31 and got AIP.

1st thing is you find and appropriate program and school which accepts you. Many schools dont accept academic gap more than 5 years ( like George brown College Torronto)

Go for University.

In this forums, a guy posted about his approval with 14 years of academic gap ( having professional experience)

Choose your program related to your bachelor's, justify your experience and future planning

Age is not the criteria for Study Permit. One of my friend received visa at 36. Success rate is higher if you apply for masters/MBA. These programs are mostly expensive, so your financial support should be solid. If you are married, you should also show funds on how your family's livelihood will get managed.

I am 34 and completed Degree in 2009. I got acceptance letter from Concordia for Master of Industrial Engineering for Winter 2021. I am planning for applying SP soon.
Prepare yourself with your desired degree according to your previous study or job qualification. Try to go for Masters. Backup available financial resources for tution fees and living expense. Make sense why you want to pursue the degree. Get decent IELTS score. Make plan accordingly. Hope for the best
