Health care is dictated by province, so the correct answer will depend upon the province in which you are located. Most provinces do extend health care to temporary foreign workers under some circumstances, typically a work permit good for at least six months - but again, it depends entirely upon where you're heading.

Since you are coming to Canada on a working holiday visa, Canada will not cover you for health care. As part of the working holiday visa process, you must obtain health care coverage (this is a requirement specifically because you're not covered by the system here). You'll have to check with your health care coverage provider to see if they will cover pregnancy related costs (the vast majority don't). If these costs aren't covered, you will be responsible for paying for everything out of pocket. Expect to pay somewhere in the range of $5K to $10K (can be significantly more if there are complications).
