Hello,

IRCC sent me an email requesting my Schedule A in the end of March. I was not able to upload the document on myCIC, and I sent a technical issue report.

Since I did not want to wait 10 business days for an answer before uploading my Schedule A, I sent it through the Webform on April 3, as instructed in the initial IRCC email. However, I later received my tech issue response, which states:

Since the correspondence dated March 29, 2017, was sent to you by email, you will not be able to upload documents via your MyCIC account.

If you wish to provide additional documents, we invite you to:

Fill out the IRCC Web form,
Select the appropriate option from the drop down menu under Type of application/enquiry, and
Include
the documents in question, and
a brief description of the situation in the free-text box located at the bottom of the page,
please ensure to include this exact sentence in the description:

Please upload this additional document and attach it to my application.

I did include the exact option from the drop down as instructed in my CIC letter, but did not include this sentence "Please upload...", as I was not aware I have to - nowhere else does it say this to my knowledge.

It is now April 28, I've called multiple times and they still don't have my Schedule A uploaded. The answer I get is - it takes time. I am worried the Immigration officer would not know I sent the document within the specified time-frame. Has anyone else had experience with this?

I was told by a call center agent I can also link my application again and submit through there. How does that work? When I tried linking it for a second time, I get a message that this application has already been linked. Do I need to create a new profile?

Thank you for all your help!

Mail them on their address . Same address where u sent ur file

The email you are supposed to use is the one found on the schedule A documents which they sent you.

It starts with Required documents followed by the address. It is a bit different from the actual one you sent your application package too

Hi, did you ever receive any updates on this? I am in the same situation and am not sure if I should wait longer or resend!

I would strongly suggest you send it by express mail asap. They can refuse your application if this document isn't received on time. I sent mine through express mail. They received it 2 days later and within one week my background check started.

IRCC send us a correspondence on May 2 but we didn't receive any email or message. Today enquired with call centre agent and she informed it a request for Schedule A & PCC, so uploaded Schedule A & PCC via IRCC web form and receive below auto response.
