Inquiry about Schedule A and Webform

Can someone guide me? If I am not able to link my account, do I send the schedule a and pcc through webform or mail them? and if mail, do i send in the original police reports? do I upload the schedule a before getting sponsor approval or after? I have already got AOR.

You can send them through the webform yes, also known as the case specific inquiry. You can also send the original copies if you do mail it. If I'm correct for the new application kit they ask you to upload both the Schedule A and Pcc. Before we could've send it upfront with the applications and I'm not 100% sure if that's changed.
